  • I like how in your description it says "Don't post advice, I dont care what you got to say". Then why did you post this on the internet where people can comment? LOL. Also, I don't see how you could possibly forget to tighten your cinch. I've never understood that...that's the first thing you check before you get up. DUR. Oh hey, I didn't post advice, I posted the truth :D Hope you've learned a lesson from this.

  • AHHH MY NAME IS ELLIE TOO!! you almost had it!

  • "C'mon Ellie!" *Ellie slides off*

  • you are so lucky the horse didn't fall

  • its too bad the girth was loose cuz you did a really good job getting yourself back in the saddle

  • Luckily this hasn't happened to me.. yet :P

You did a good job to stay on as long as you did! Prettay horse! :D

  • SPIRIT!!!!!

  • she did a REALLY good job. she almost stayed on wich is hard to do.

  • LOL ! :D

  • lol, now thats a trooper, you stuck like glue til there was nothing else you could possibly do but let go. Thats a sign of a good rider, even if you did forget to cinch up! :)

  • Aww :( u woulda stayed on if ur stupit saddle nvr slipped ur lucky u nvr fell the 1st time cause it woulda been on ur heed!!!do u western riders no feel scared ridin wifout a hat cause if u fall on ur heed u could die :/

  • @ChailinCT im a western rider and i dont feel scared it makes me feel awkward when i ride with something on my head it makes me feel like i cant see which scares me

  • @16soccerable I've ridden without a helmet loads of times but it's best too as you never know when something bad might happen and you could end up with permenant brain damage which would not be good :L x

  • @ChailinCT yes true but one time i was riding my one horse that was half wild(we ended up selling her) she kept rearing well she reared up to high and i went flyign off into the pond nothing happened but now i own only good horses and the worst i ahve delt with is one of my horses crow hopping so it all depends on what kinds of attitudes your horses have

  • @16soccerable So cowboys must be in some danger then like the rodeo ones :/ Don't get me wrong I love riding without a helmet...galloping bareback across a field with the wind blowing through your hair<3 But when I am riding properly and jumping ect I will wear a helmet xx

  • @ChailinCT oks well im coming from a person that rides western and will some day compete in them so if i was riding english then i would wear a helmet because of jumping but other than that im not wearing a helmet but i see what your saying

  • Your lucky the horse didn't poop on your face

  • You almost had it too!

  • and that my friends is why you wear a helmet lol jk good job stayin on

  • I THINK she knows how to do a cinch up guys... PS I hope your horse got to keep his back teeth there at the end :P

  • Great job trying to stay on champ!

  • That's why you use a BACK CINCH....

  • @4everrjumper a back cinch would not have made this situation any better, a back cinch would not have kept the saddle or rider on that horses back

  • @savannah4069 I'm pretty sure it would have, but whatever floats your boat, whatever works :)

  • Wow, you have a great horse!

  • I don't think a piece of fuckin plastic will stop fate

  • Aw, cute horse! I have a buckskin too! (:

    That must have been akward.

  • Okay, people need to shut up about the girth and lack of helmet. It says in the description that she forgot to tighten it. Also, and I don't know why people don't understand this, IT IS THE RIDER'S CHOICE WHETHER THEY WEAR A HELMET OR NOT. Anyway, too bad about the fall. :( Looks like it could have been a good run. :P

  • too bad..... : /

you horse is cute tho :D

  • You need to tighten the girth!!!

I know he probably puffed out but with horses that do that you should do this-

Right before getting on put your hand in a fist and hit (not very hard) on the side of the horses stomach then pull the sinch as tight as you can as fast as you can.

  • i think they guy is saying woah? maybe i'm wrong. :)

  • It bothers me how the people in the back say " Stay on, stay on" YOU AREN"T SUPPOSED TO STAY ON IF YOUR SADDLE SLIPPED!

  • Oh lord, too funny! Mistakes like this happen all the time :)

My anglo arab gelding is TERRIBLE about puffing out. Even if I tighten the cinch twice, he somehow finds a way to make it loose again o.o It's like magic xD

Good job for staying on and finding a better place to fall though lol

  • tighten up ur girth hunny and put on a helmet!

  • @DukeTheShnauzer01 hehe yer might pay to tighten the girth.

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Wtf was that guy going 'oooooooohhhh oooooooooohhhh ooooooooooohhhhh ooooooooohhhhhhhh' for?! Annoying but really funny xD Haha hope you were okay though :P ♥

  • good job staying on until your saddle slippped

  • the guy in the back going ooohhhh oooohhhh ooooh oohhhhh oooohhh oooohh is very distracting.

  • I love how that one guy keeps saying 'stay on' as you're tumbling towards the ground while someone in the background is going 'oooooh ooooh' in a total monotone. :D

  • I had this happen to me (But I didn't forget lol) The first time I rode my QH I tightened the girth tight and got on fine, little did I know, that boy can bloat like a puffer fish. Needless to say, we started cantering and I slid off! lol

  • Yopu did great to stay on! I could have never stayed on that long lol

  • Shit, that could have gone extremely wrong. Great job though, I thought you handled it very well. :)

  • why didn't you wear a hat?

  • @MrTONYTONYM In some western competitions, helmets aren't required. :)

  • @SaddleNoSturrups But you should wear it anyway, It may say your life.

  • @MrTONYTONYM I agree 100%

  • You did REALLY well go get back on . but then you fell

    :/

    YOur horse is a beaut!!

    and the guy sounds asiif he's saying . moo. moo.moo.moo :P <3

  • Haha That's sooo something my horse would do! See me falling off and start running..horrid sense of humour! But I still love him to pieces!

  • Why arnt you wearing a hat?! if you are on a horse or in the ring with a horse or in its stable or feild you MUst always wear one, no matter how good a rider you are or how docile your horse is they are unpredictable amimals, you did good staying on that long though!! :D

  • i have done that before my friend told me the girth was fine I got on and fell right off not the best felling in the world but as long as you get back up you can laugh about it :) lovely horse by the way ;)

  • That happened to me yesterday...whats worse is I was trying to get on and like a fool I tried to stay on XD I got off and I was like hmmm....I hope my trainer didn't see that... I know you don't want advice..but I have an OCD with tack lol. That pad isn't really going to protect your horses back much, I had one and they are the worst thing. Save up some money and get a really nice thick one. And the saddle too. My dad has one just like that and they fall apart quick. Love the orange though:)

  • Awww, I have done that too! you make a mistake or aren't expecting something your horse is gonna do, then your in a bad situation and something else goes wrong lol (horse spooks, saddle slips or something) and then you fall... Oh well, I guess those are eventually chalked up to learn experiences and just help you get better, eh?

  • helemet girl ?

  • i fell off 2day it did not feel good :(

  • That was pretty funny! i have done similar stuff, but luckily i was at home. :D

  • Girth wasn't on properly so whoops :P i've done something like that b4 but they should rreally make you wear helmets aswell just incase something worse happens :S

  • girth wasnt tight. I know how it feels when u fall off and u look up and yur saddle's falling and yur like, "o crap, i forgot to tighten the girth"LOL

  • next time do your girth up ;)

  • Well At least You Tried Im A Rodeo Person And I ride Western I Got My Second Horse He Is A Dappled Gray Arabian And He Is Kinda Spazzy When He Meets New Area's Any Tip's Reach Me Back I'm Fixing To Put Some Barrel Video's Up About Him And My Sister's Horse Too....

    ( Whiskey & Ranger )

  • the guy in the back XD "ooooh.. ooooh..."

  • @TwilightManiac9

I think he was saying Boo. Shame on him! >.<

  • your girth wasnt tight but u did better then wahat i would have done

  • were you and the horse ok and wow i cant beleive you stayed on that long hahahaha i love doing rodeos i mostly do 4-H though =P

  • nice job you had a nice landing, i went to a show and a girl doing barrels had the same mistake but she got a mouthful of dirt and didn't see it coming at all

  • @HunterJumper967 Yuck! i dont like dirt, and i dont think is was fun for her.

  • @Kat62901 not at all but I do have to give her the assistants for the show came in and helped her up and got her saddle tightened and she got back on and finished the course, obviously she didn't win as the timer kept clicking when she fell but at least she got on and finished after a not so easy fall in front of everyone.

  • @HunterJumper967 well tis good shes ok

  • Well at least you fell off there instead of going around the first pole lol.

  • omg..the same happened to me..but luckly someone nocticed and tightened it up forr me.

  • hahahaha xD

  • good job to try to stay on. your horses neigh is really cute

  • @horsepaw101 I don't believe that was her horse...

  • Good job staying on. And your horse is a beauty!

  • Hahaha I remeber when I was like 5 and I was riding my aunts horse with my brother and cousin I was on front on the saddel slipped my brother and cousin fell off but I head a seath grip on the horn and stayed on lmao I don't know how I did it

  • this is why i live in england and do english!

  • @horseriderhannah What does that have to do with a lose cinch? lol

  • but you stayed on for a really long time. thats really cool :O i would fall off after to seconds :P

  • ahah that happened to me once, i went to go ride an appy to see if i wanted to buy her and the person who saddled her didnt tighten it enough. long story short we started loping and the saddle slipped and she got scared, took off and i couldnt stay on.

you did a good job on not falling, you horse is absolutly gorgeous by the way :)

  • well i do english but i guess cinch is tightining the girth but good try trying to stay on

  • @chloesocool that's correct. the Girth is english. Cinch is western

  • that has happened to me ALOT but not cuse i didnt tighten it

  • Hahahaha, that's funny. Not in a bad, way. You did good staying on that long. It just looks funny. You were probably thinking.... "Ah shit, ah shit" beautiful horse!

  • hope you was ok xx that was a bit of a fail :L lol x

  • it couldve been worse i wouldnt have been able to stay on good jub keeping on its back

  • ive done that so many times i have ridden sideways in the show arena its really embarrassing and u want to be mad at the horse but there's no reason to

  • "Alright Ellie c'mon Ellie!" *Ellie falls off* :D

  • Good job staying on! Just how I am when I jump Dodger and Moon.

  • Remind me never to forget to cinch my saddle. x] But you did good staying on for so long. =p

  • you pull way to hard in his mouth bitch:S i hate to see this

  • I ALWAYS forget to cinch it a second time. My trainer always has to remind me.

  • could i use this in a falls video please?

  • Youch. I know it's a common instinct to pull on the horse to get him to stop when you're falling, but when you're off balance, it can tip him over right ontop of you.

    htt p://ww w.youtube. co m/watch ?v=oFhELJ0GFVI& feature= related

I probably would have just bailed.

  • this was uploaded on my birthday

  • oh that would suck

  • um someone forgot the 2 time to cinch the horse xD

  • lol gotta remember next time! i love that dude who was sayin

"stay on, stay on, get back up" then the other guy was constantly going ooohh oooohh ooohhh like u had just had a major accident over and over again :P then ur horse gives the squek like "just get off already will ya lol betta luk next time XD

P.S. sorry its so long im a blabber mouth :P

  • Shit happens. Not the end of the world. Made me chuckle a little bit anyway. Good luck with your riding

  • Haaahahahah, well done for staying on and keeping balence, my friend did this in a jump lesson once. sooo funny.

oh and try to remember to tighten your girth, it helps :)

  • Good job staying on but a girth check next time might be helpfull

  • stayed very calm in that situation!!

  • just because you ride western doesn't mean you shouldn't wear a helmet...

  • DUMBASS! Why do u pull like that in the horses mounth. It's NOT the only way to stop a horse! Maybe if u respect your horse it will respect u, but thats NOT the way! Gosh i hate when ppls. think it's the only way to control a horse! -.-'

  • I had my first accident last week, hurt ma back a little, hope she's ok.

  • OMGSH that wud b so scary! Gr8 job stayin on for so long!

    xx

  • her saddle was loose. i hate when that happends!!!!

  • Hehe, bet ya never did that again, huh? lol Good job on getting back on that first time, even if you fell off at the end. You still did really good at handling it.

  • dear god people, she didn't jerk hard at all. it was an attempt to stop the horse as she was sliding off. Ya'll need to get your facts straight and stop trying to act like your better then everyone else.

  • @imayday12 thank you :)

  • @rodeofreac yeah, anytime. i hate when people act like they know everything about everything. it's dumb.

  • Next time try to remember LOL

  • @HorseRider4507 hell yeah! lol i never forgot to cinch it again, but the real problem was i got there 2 min before i went in

  • Comment removed

  • @akitaakita2 haha funny i didnt mean to do that if your watching im falling off i had to control of my horse so i pulled the rein so she would stop. it didnt hurt her, so stop the bull shit. its not worse than what you do with horses jumping.

  • @rodeofreac what is wrong with jumping horses??? please explain because for someone to say that when they forget to cinch up there saddle is pretty ignorant really..

  • @SassyMustang1980 i have no problem with jumping horses i use to have one.

its the riders who think their everything i got a problem with

  • @rodeofreac well maybe its because your talking to the wrong people.. many of them are snotty high nosed stuck up people.. but some are really down to earth.. rare and few between but yeah they are out there..

  • @akitaakita2 haha funny i didnt mean to do that if your watching im falling off i had to control of my horse so i pulled the rein so she would stop. it didnt hurt her, so stop the bull shit.

  • @akitaakita2 haha funny i didnt mean to do that if your watching im falling off i had no control of my horse so i pulled the rein so she would stop. it didnt hurt her, so stop the bull shit.

  • @akitaakita2 dont blame her!! she was tryin to stop her horse in an akward position! and i think she did great for stayin on for so long!ans u dont really have any control wen ur falling off

  • @parkviewrider365 thanks!

  • @rodeofreac no prob

  • @parkviewrider365 yeah! it wasnt anyones fault, these things happen all the time! she did what she had to do to stop, and she did it. its not easy to stop your horse like that at that postition. so she did pretty good.

  • @akitaakita2 good gosh, she didn't jerk it to bad, stop posting such ingnorant comment

  • @herewefly thanks!

  • @akitaakita2

    Your such a bastard, why?

  • why did she ripped the horse mouth as she got back on him ... so hurting the horse mouth was worse not falling ... disgusting rednecks

  • @ottopasquier haha funny i didnt mean to do that if your watching im falling off i had to control of my horse so i pulled the rein so she would stop. it didnt hurt her, so stop the bull shit. its not worse than what you do with horses jumping.

  • was the saddle losse???

  • @mrscaoimhe yeah it was i didnt have time to check it before i went into the arena :/ i learned the hard way haha

  • good job staying on for as long as you did! who was the person mooing?

  • the moo-er...moo :)

  • lol that was my friend neil i didnt notice he was doing that until now

  • good horse

  • You know it's not your fault, i've done that before and thank god you weren't hurt thats all that matters.

  • that happened to me in the middle of one of my runs! my horse was at a dead run and the saddle started to slip so i got off in the middle of the arena fixed it and walked out

  • Oh wow... At least you weren't hurt.

  • u almost stayed on

  • Oh, looks like what happened to me once. Before I bought my POA, I took lessons on her and I came late one day so my instuctor's daughter saddle her and didn't tighten the cinch enough and in the middle of my lesson she spooked and bolted like sideways and the saddle slipped all the way to the side but I stayed on luckily but then I had to sort of purposely fall off.

I love how the guy is like,"Ew.... ew.... ew...ew..." Haha.

  • @barrelracer4lifecg13

haha yeah my that was my dad saying that, and with this mare she is so fat when you get on you never know if its tight or not, its gay

  • @rodeofreac - My mare likes to bloat out so sometimes I have to tighten it 3 different times...

  • Oh God ...

This girl had no grip and then one she managed to dislodge the saddle she had no hope ...

Why do they give jump-horses to such novices ... ?

  • I have grip i stayed on for a very long time, my horse had never done that before,

  • haha pole bending horse not jumper.. she's not a novice.. she did very good she had grip.. the saddle slipped thats all

    and she owns the horse...

  • helmet wat if u ha fallen off and hurt urself?

and the girths cant be tight enough if the saddle slipped like that..not funny

  • @ponymad1123

I have been ridding for yrs and never used a helmet im too stuborn too, its a good idea but i just never have,

  • that was great i saw your like HELL NO I"M NOT COMING OFF but then after a while i when you tried to stop him i thought he was goin to rear so i'm like shit and your like noo haha that was great

  • nice job at staying on for the little bit u did =P how did u forget?

  • i forgot becuse i got there right as the thing started so i ran to sign up and my dad saddles the mare,

  • lol dont let your saddle next time XD you stayed on pretty long good job shes a very pretty horse

  • @horsechikgrl yeah she is pretty, today she cut her tendont so she is out of ridding for along time :/ 4 shots a day for 3 weeks

  • aww im sorry I hope she gets better

  • lol that was funny. I don't know how you got on without it slipping. That's when I realize I've forgot to tighten the girth.

  • What was the event, like why did she have to stay on, the horse was like wtf happening now ? :P

  • Hahaha

  • haha that was really funny... did very well to get back on.. nd then the bloody saddle falls off hahahah

  • well tht was a long time dangling, u seem rlly strong if u can hang like tht

  • wow hes beautiful..one of my friends did the same kinda..my horse isnt a jumper and he went nuts one day and jumped a 5 foot fence and i was in front of my saddle on his neck..lol..funny picture...

  • You did so well!

    You nearly stayed on :)

Your horse is gorgeous by the way

  • haha i love how your horse just trots and turns around xD he (or she?) is pretty! and good try staying on... at least you didn't fall too hard!

  • owch i hope ur ok :o)

  • hahhaha nicee (:

howd you forget to cinch the saddle tho!? ahah

  • OOOHHH ur horse was gawjuss!! kinda funny u were like hold hold hold, nah drop. but funny vid

  • thank you, Yea I wanted to hold on sooo bad! but i couldnt :(

  • Damn, you almost managed to stay on! And what a BEAUTIFUL horse :D

  • yea i was pissed off i couldnt hold on

  • didnt seem like you hit the ground very hard, but it was a funny fall.

  • No it didnt hurt the going foward into my horses neck was the part that hurt
