@nyerguds , the pieces he is using in those joints are actually quite stable. So, especially as he's using 4 of them, I imagine it would be quite stable. Maybe not at such an extreme angle, but sturdy nevertheless.

@nyerguds The size of the legs only matter in small portions, what truly matters is how powerful the hydraulics are, and what the chasis is made from, speaking in the matter if it were real anyways.

I've tried making a mecha (from an anime series) in LEGO once, and there was simply no way to make the legs sturdy enough while still keeping the most vital joints from the original design. To this day, it remains just the bust sitting on my alarm clock.

not all mechs refer to the game mechquest, the word "mech" has been used to describe any robot with any kind of destructive capabilities.
