  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • if you appreciate guitar I dont see how anyone could not like this song

  • great song...i like fleetwood mac..thank you Rob for sending it to me......

  • BTW...to anyone unaware, that was addressed to Chief Inspector Clousseau aka "nelsonr32".

  • just got the Fleetwood Mac Rumors CD, 1st time hearing this song...loved it instantly.

  • Yes two pop LPs at that time this and Hotel Carifornia.

  • Ahhhhh, sweet memories ! Those were the days my friend!

  • the absolute truth! Good memories. I used to play the "rumours" album over and over and over! Still my favourite album to this day.

  • merci

  • great song.

  • great song.

  • great song

  • Thanks for the images. I love this song too.

  • whats with the fire?

  • The creator of this video is an arsonist. We are being shown there work.

  • The author is an arsonist. The video is her work.

  • Hey "Fire Marshall Bill". I couldn't guess what the symbolism behind this author's posting means....I'm just glad she posted it...relax, it's about the SONG, Dr Phil...not the barn burning down!.....So like what's your philosophy re the Talking Heads and "Burning down the house"? Hey Smokey, you're making a huge assumption here,if this video is proof of arson, your volunteer fire dept oughta start with those KKK crosses first.Take your helmet and boots off and just enjoy the song!

  • beautiful.just perfect.

  • This song makes my brain happy!

  • this song gives life

  • omg i havent heard this song in sssooo long.....i think im gunna cry!!!!

  • Brilliant

  • T. Think it's a mandolin? Think you can pick it for me someday?

  • agentleman121, I've been to "your saviour" one time, actually two times. And I'm never goin back again.

  • Love it! Hello from Berlin!

  • this song should be longer :( other than that....truly amazing

  • play yes mam that mandolin plays very well!

  • agentleman121- you're ruining my viewing of this clip. god doesn't approve of that.

  • great pics kick ass

  • This song is hard to play. But no matter, it still sounds awesome!

  • Yeah it is kinda tricky at first. And it's one of those songs you're almost guaranteed to never hear anyone play it exactly the same as another. But if you got the feel forthe song and diggin it the pickin while just come to ya after you've memorized it all.

  • I think these pictures really capture the winteresque spirit of the song, you are a good photographer!

  • good song

  • This song reminds me of the two times I was homeless because of careless living. I then told myself I would never let that happen again. The lyrics suit that resolve.

  • Love this song- never tire of Rumors

  • this is a fantastic walking song

  • This should have been a single (here in uk)

  • what's uk??

  • United kingdom

  • Nice video, nice song.

    Thanks.

  • fleetwood mac simply fantastic

  • Does anyone remember a TV movie from about this time in 1990 that used this song? I believe it was about a young girl, raised in a strict household, that became a centerfold model, or something like that. Does that ring a bell?

  • sounds remotely like something i was kinda watchin last night... it was a girl who was like, raised in a nutter home.. and then left and became a sectretary i think.

lol. i dont know the name anyways but thanks for reading =)

  • lindsay buckingham is so brillant, i love thi s tune, i love the mandolin playing and his voice, i remember the rumuors album my aunt had when i was little, and rwewinding it to this song and listening over and over again

  • a mandolin? had no idea.

  • Actually..this song was not played on a mandolin. Its a guitar, I saw him play it live twice. The sheet music is available for it. I think Lindsey was playing an Ovation but I could be wrong. I know he finger-picked a lot...using NO pick..he had to have huge calluses on his fingers. Look up another live performance and watch. He rarely, if ever used a pick.

  • Brilliant track!! nice montage

  • I like this video. One of my favorite songs

    and I like your scenery.

  • um, if you're going to correct people, at least spell it right. Emotionally. :)

  • WOW... idiot he corrected himself

  • Thanks for that

  • If you've ever been emtotionly smashed in your life, you can totally relate to this song

  • Excellent piece of music...

  • truly love this song, helping me through a hard time right now :/

  • This song will always remind me of Fort Lewis,Washington. I was stationed there when the album Rumors came out. If you've ever been in the northwest it's wet, cold, fresh, snowy and green. This song fit perfectly! One of my favorites of Fleetwood Mac.

  • This song ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol always thought this was a tracey chapman song

  • lol... I can see why you'd think that!

  • Why exactly?

  • A song of experience and learning

  • Love the guitar on ths.

I imagine being in the Rockies in Canada (never been their btw) playing by a camp fire beside a river

  • this song makes me happy :))

  • Thankyou to all my fans out there.

  • Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!! Thank you

  • the best thing about Fleetwood Mac was that they kept things simple..just one instument and single sweet melody not the unholy mix common now!

  • lol simple.....it took me two weeks to be able to play this song

  • It's not very long... You must play well !

  • it's easy to play on the piano :P

  • I wish I could play it on the piano!! I wouldn't even know where to start!

  • Great song- Lindsay's finest

  • Such a pretty song!

  • True.

I always think about what the band were living through when they recorded the whole album. Must have been some creative and intense times!

  • Magistral!

  • always loved this song. the rumours album as a whole is the unltimate break up album. it got me through some pretty tough times. rock on fleetwood mac. FM 2009

  • great song

  • feels like in heaven

  • Love the pic at 0:20

  • great song...strange video...good, but I feel like I gulped a 'shroom cap

  • Will hurt you in the end.

  • i can play this song!!

  • the first time i herd this i cryed. i could listen to the forever

  • Really great guitar playing and voice of Lindsay Buckingham!Greatings from Germany!

  • buckingham wrote this after he dumped Stevie Nicks for the last time

  • That even makes the song better. I just loved it for what it was but now it has meaning too. Brilliant.

  • simple song but timeless

  • I wanted something to write. But why ? Be quiet, close you eyes and listen to music !!

  • One of my innumerable favorite songs from my absolute favorite band.

  • love this song! fave fleetwood mac one! thnx

  • I only knew the cover of this song by Matchbox Twenty, interesting to hear the original! Quite nice

  • hey homies !

is there an uplifting trance version of this out there ;-)

    keep cool...lol

  • I can honestly say that this is one of the only songs that I think I could hear 24 hours a day 7 days a week and not ever get tired of. It's quite simply amazing. I almost start crying (and have cried before) when I hear it. It's really that damn good.

  • Agreed. If I had to choose one song to listen to, 24/7, this just may be it :). Powerful stuff here.

  • If only this song were longer!!!!!

  • AMAZING video!

  • great song!

  • Beautiful acoustic guitar work from Lindsey Buckingham.

  • song rocks, i can relate to the lyrics.

  • I thought was an excellent choice by the makers of 'Earl' for Billies scene!

  • agreed, I had never heard it before and I was instantly hooked when I heard it. it's awesome

  • yeah that's because it's one of those rare genius melodies

  • missed that episode - what was happening in the story when they played this song?

  • It showed Billie deciding to leave her life of crime and live an Amish lifestyle. She'd tried to be Franks girlfriend, then Earls wife, but needed to just take care of herself. She finally found happiness.

  • interesting

  • Just like the last person who posted, Glaskruset, I heard this tune on last Thursday evening's broadcast of "My Name is Earl" and it brought back a flood of memories that I had forgotten I had. Great tune to recall happy times!

  • heard this in My Name Is Earl! it rocks :l

  • This was the best guitar performance of the 70s. Eddie who?

  • This is such nice nice peaceful song and interesting photo mix (which works)

  • Does anybody know how to play this on the guitar??!! I saw the tutorial from the German guy, but obviously isn't the same as the original! Any people out there - answer the call, its destiny on the other end!

  • Your photography was so appropriate....and I take it you're a Lady Vol's basketball fan. In any case, your choice of songs, photography, and sports teams gives you a lot of credibility in my mind....Thanks again.

  • you are the bane of my existance

  • So deep and so elequent....who cares about YOUR "existEnce"?

  • I love it when people say that. "Bane of my existence" is such an underrated expression - more people should use it.

  • Thank you so much "LadyVolsRock"...I'm 59 and this surely takes me back.

  • lindsey is pure class... i love him..pity he is old enough to my dad..but grew up on fleetwood mac

  • I love the song. Great Photography! Where did you take those?!

  • God bless Lindsey.

  • spectacular

  • FM unbeatable......

  • nice job with photography

  • i wish i could play like that

  • practice

  • Hey, man, not everyone is naturaly taleneted and can pick things up as easy as you can, and he was just saying he wants to be able to play like that, give the guy a break, yeah? xxx

  • me too, but im lazy ... and power chords for metal and metal ballads are 2 EZ =]

  • willnorth raises a good point. Practise? see his big love video,he is a great player and difficult to emulate

  • stop worrying fleetwood mac, elano!

what about your record since january!!!!

you are paid to score goals, not to be a music critic...

  • Love your channel. I was around in the beginning and will be in the end. Thank you so much............. Jack Fate

  • Good job! :)

  • this song is a work of master

  • wow, this song is truly powerfull beyond words. This is real music not the crap on the airwaves today.

  • For me by far the most evocative and poignant of all the songs on rumours - just outpointing Songbird. The emotion is palpable!!!!!!

  • nice photos and nice song for them ;) (Y)

  • yeh sory for compliment, just thumbs down

  • fleetwood mac class whot can a say legends!!!

  • kool name

  • Were the pics taken in New England???

  • No... I took the pictures in the South at two different locations. The snow photos were taken at my aunt's house, when for some reason, we were getting snow. The fire photos were taken at the place I hunt when the barn finally caved in.

  • Got my hopes up!! LOL Kool Video TY TY

  • It's a bitch to get right on the guitar.

  • But perfect musicianship here from - who is on guitar - Lindsey Buckingham? And wonderful crystalline production. Good lyrics too. All in all, short and sweet as many a song by the Beatles.

  • Why do you have to compare them to the Beatles? They are nothing like the Beatles, the Beatles didn't even write their songs in the same artery , let alone the same vein.

  • I didn't compare them to the Beatles, I said that this song was as short and sweet as many a song by the Beatles. But now that you mention it, "Rumours" and "Mirage", with all their originality, inventiveness and quality, do, in my opinion, bear some comparison with the Beatles' work.

  • i say they are both great bands...

  • No way, more like Led Zep, fairport convention folk/country scene, not any resemblance to beatles.

  • One of my favorite fleetwood mac songs! :P

  • I just heard this for the FIRST time today on the radio...glad I found out who sings it in Google! Lucky me! :o)

  • There is a version of this song sang by Matchbox 20's lead singer that I like to play loudly in my car while I am driving from work.

It's jammin loud and a much faster version. Play it loud..

  • Nice pics. Nice song. Good work. Made my night better. Thanks.

  • somebody please post 'i dont want to know'

  • great tune crap vid

  • "I been down one time...."

    "I been down two times...."

    "OOOOOO Never going back again."

  • wonderful. thank u....

  • Can somebody.....anyone please post their song

    "I don't want to know"

    Pretty please

  • I think that you must mean "Silver Spring"; did she say that she loved you? Baby, I don't want to know. . .

  • no, he means 'i dont want to know' from the rumours album

  • one of the best song I ever heard

  • oh i love this song. grew up on this. rumours beautiful album

  • ...good stuff lady..no..GREAT STUFF!..I've subscribed cuz anyone who knows..enuff to do Fleetwood Mac toons..deserves a subscription..

  • amazing

  • I'm 45, but I relly don't feel it. I am still "in love" with Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks and allways very happy listening "something" like "never going back again"

  • Maravilloso. Las notas se entrecruzan... Puro Mozart

  • DONT look at this vidio JUST LISTEN!

  • So do I!

  • This is an example of a perfect song. In my opinion, Fleetwood Mac minus Lindsey would be almost unlistenable.

  • Completely agree

  • this is the first band i ever got into when i was about 10 or 11 rumours love it love it sooooo much still got it im 40 now and still like to hear ti thnks x
