  • he's not very fast and his form is terrible. he's got some time though so keep at it and i'm sure both speed and skill will increase.

  • hey that was a display of speed not skill... so will u people get a little more appreciative?

  • hes not that fast to be honest, but maybe thats because im a drummer....

    but doesnt seem overly impressive

  • When do we see more? Of you and Jamie? All the old vids are gone...

  • technique is pretty poor to be fair.quick hands maybe but he is wearing 4 or 6 oz gloves.

  • They're bag gloves matey lol

  • i know that, what i'm saying is train in heavier gloves. This will increase your power and build your shoulder, arm and back muscles up correctly. This will also mean that when you fight and slip on the lighter 10 oz gloves your hands will fly !! I train in 16 oz gloves, when i put on 10 oz my hands are like lightning.Look at my clips and you'll see the size of my gloves compared to the cheap thin pair your using.

  • Dude I cannot count how many times I've told sleotrex to use BIGGER GLOVES in his videos.

  • Yep, he needs to increase the weight of them.Icant even think about wearing little gloves anymore.I'd break my hands if i did.If he starts getting stronger and punching harder then he'll eventually end up hurting his hands.Sleo stop having short arms and deep pockets and get some larger gloves.Go on ebay and get some windy muay thai gloves.

  • first of all, this aint me. It's ma mate lol. 2nd, I have many pairs of 16 and 14 oz gloves which I train in. You're right training in heavier gloves does make your hands quicker but that doesn't mean you should go around picking at all the vids where people are using bag gloves. Sometimes I use bag gloves to work on my clinching because 16 oz gloves don't fit round peoples necks

  • I agree, I train with heavy gloves, and once a week I use bag gloves to see where my speed is at. It's so much fun to train 5 days with heavy gloves, and they hit the pads with bag gloves. I feel like superman. hahaha

  • work on stance and foot work. i see when ur punching ur putting ur body forward, that kind of practice will put u out of balance if u get hit in a fight.

  • not bad
