@spacetrcuker68 I was with the 11th Mississippi and we were usually right in front of the 26th North Carolina....at route step....looking horrible. Least I thought so. My unit could have fallen in with the 26th and I wish we had! We had the chance, should have taken it.... not too many times you get the chance to field with the best confederate unit around since the war ended. Ah well. There's always next year's nationals.
