The reason why Internet Explorer gives that "content has expired" error is because the particular page was accessed through the POST action. Pages loaded by a POST action should NOT be requested twice. To prevent this, IE refuses to cache such pages and requires a manual reload.

If Mrs. Kuroi had instead pressed reload on the "Page cannot be displayed" page, it would simply retry the journal post, even if it was accomplished by an HT.TP POST action.
