Wow found all these old school guys I forgot about. I actually had this guy the very first year he taught at Pensacola Christian in what...92 or something. I was like 8th grade. I think this video was taught in their new PCA building the "pink" one. I had him in the old building off of St Johns. OLD SCHOOL!

At my school, we have to watch dvd's in Spanish and Mrs. McLamb is on them :(. She's so annoying and the students look like they get aggravated too!

i go to a small Christian school and we use abeka for all our classes.. i actually prefer mr mcbride over mr duby.. he's funnier and does better reviews.. and MRS MCLAMBBB i love her.

I had Mr. Duby on DVD for Religion class in 8th grade. And sometimes when I was home alone, all I'd watch was him all day I loved him! He was such a great teacher! I hope when I'm older they still have these DVDs...I'll enroll in 8th grade just to watch him again! Such a great teacher!

WOW! I just graduated from a small Christian school and we used the DVDs Spanish and Chemistry. Mrs. McLamb and Mrs. Hicks are both excellent teachers. This just brings back WONDERFUL memories! :)

Mr. Duby was the best history teacher ever!! I loved his story of when he accidentally shot his friend with a fake bow and arrow. XD 

And Jonathan from Spanish was so funny! I loved that one day during spirit week when he put on Mrs. McLamb's dorky South American hat to answer homework questions...=P

I had Mr. Duby for Bible and I LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!!!!!! "Senora" McLamb TOTALLY got on my nerves because I live in Ecuador (and last year when I was homeschooled for 8th grade) and I took Spanish 1 because it was for HS so I thought it would be hard. It was the easiest class ever. (BTW, to say "I am nervous" for the SEMESTER review it took them 5 tries to say, "Yo estoy nerviojo"!) That just bugs me cuz I am SO more advanced, no offense to anyone who's not the best at spanish.

Ah abeka dvd; this education is only a mediocre education at best. Math was horrible. Of course this is coming from an engineering pt of view. At least lectures were entertaining.

My favorite is probably Mr. McBride, with Mr. Duby coming in at a close second. I also really enjoyed Mrs. Schmuck and Mrs. Hicks. God bless Mrs. Hicks - she explained Chemistry so that I could not only understand it but also remember it.

Girls have to wear skirts, you can't date (and when you do it's supervised & they pick your boyfriend/girlfriend) until your 17, and guys & girls have to walk on different sidewalks.

you also have to tell your roommates every time you exit the dorm.

That's neat I do A Beka Academy too. My favorite teachers are Mrs. Hicks and Mr. McBride. There seems to be something about those two teachers from the Virginias. They always seem to have lots of funny stories.

Thanks for sharing your own PCA videos. Mr. Duby always was happy to be funny! It makes me want to share all of what's on my master tape, but I think one of them would make Pam Hicks hunt me down personally (sometimes she says things without thinking, and this was one of them - which was so funny we had to keep it. She even mentioned at the end how the elevator wasn't working.)

Great video, good to see other people that have taken my teachers as well.
