It exist litel torque wrenches from 0 to 22NM that have the sise of a normal litel wrench.
The problem form your wrench is that when the ball and the spring that holds the handle get use they become weak and give you a falls torque with te normal wrench that doesn't happen.
@pau11111 - All torque wrenches need to be recalibrated over time due to wear. unless you store the tool with the spring compressed it's really not an issue for many years of use. but like all tools, it's a good idea to check the calibration from time to time for items where torque is critical.
