The reason 90% of the tax cut went to the top 10% is because they also pay a disproportionate amount of the nations taxes any way. They pay a higher percentage of tax on more money, so it stands to reason that any tax cuts will also effect them disproportionately. Think of it like this: Two guys split a $100 meal 80-20. If the restaurant takes 10% of the bill, the man who pays 80% saves 8 dollars, while the man who pays 10% saves two. Does it make sense for the man who paid 20% too ac
