The fastest way to level in WoW is to have atleast the 2 heirloom items that grant an xp bonus.

From there you would use you a high lvl character of your own or have a friend run you through instances till about lvl 67.

Its at that point that my friends and I use Joana's guide. The guide gives you an order to do only the quests that grant the most xp, enabling you to level really fast.

Depends on your server. On mine Horde is outnumbered 3 to 1 at the very least and its the Alliance who simply sit around and camp towns, graveyards, and corpses. Horde there is for people who want to play where as the Alliance is for people who think ganking quest givers, towns, and entire areas for hours on end is funny. Try not to generalize so much as it doesn't help you make a point.
