Wow thanks for this Taylor. I live near Joplin and around 30%-40% of the town is destroyed. The tornado was rated as an EF5, with winds well in excess of 200 mph. The main part of Joplin (where a lot of the businesses were) is just flattened. The small town I live in a few miles east of Joplin was only about half a mile from being part of the statistics.
Will post share this on my facebook wall - that is the best I can do... I can't afford the 10 dollars and for that I apologize - I am praying for those who are effected by this event....

@ThoughtsLOL really a fraction?, the tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri alone caused over a 100 deaths and was the 8th deadliest tornado in recorded history, yes the South got hit hard also by an incredible amount of tornadoes, but to get upset because you see a fundraiser video for this disaster and not the ones in the south is an overreaction, there were plenty of adds on TV, youtube, and others places asking for donations for those disasters as well
I live in Rolla Missouri and today we had to stay in the hall way of my school for two hours due to the tornados. They even had to keep us after for 30 minutes.. Thanks for the fundraisers dude.
This is my dad's hometown. His old neighborhood was flattened and the hospital where his parents (my grandparents) worked is ruined and was evacuated. Luckily our family friends are okay.

@ExTRaZoRz ever been 2 the south? lived 19 yrs n louisiana and recently moved to texas....i've never come across an "inbred redneck." I've been all over the U.S. New York, Las Vegas, LA, Miami....only difference in the south is people r MUCH, MUCH nicer, work harder n have an accent and there's nothing wrong w/ that. yankees have accents, british, mexicans, every1 has an accent. The stereotype that southerners are less educated, have one tooth, all inbred is just comical and makes u look stupid.

@westex1989 im originally from sc, moved to pa and honestly would jump back in a minute. my wife wont let us lol southeners are so much more polite and dont act as childish as others around. up here i say hello to a stranger and they look at me like im crazy. down south its opposite, you are welcomed and treated with respect, its just custom i guess. just wish more people believed in unity and pride rather than hate and foolishness. someday, who knows?

Theres no such thing as global warming, and natural disasters happen everyday. This is probably just a normal thing in everyday life but just effecting the communities in which people live. And if you think its easy for us to stop using CO2 like that- your crazy. We are trying our best to be more conservative.

Wow thanks for this Taylor. I live near Joplin and around 30%-40% of the town is destroyed. The tornado was rated as an EF5, with winds well in excess of 200 mph. The main part of Joplin (where a lot of the businesses were) is just flattened. The small town I live in a few miles east of Joplin was only about half a mile from being part of the statistics.

@ThoughtsLOL really a fraction?, the tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri alone caused over a 100 deaths and was the 8th deadliest tornado in recorded history, yes the South got hit hard also by an incredible amount of tornadoes, but to get upset because you see a fundraiser video for this disaster and not the ones in the south is an overreaction, there were plenty of adds on TV, youtube, and others places asking for donations for those disasters as well

I live in Rolla Missouri and today we had to stay in the hall way of my school for two hours due to the tornados. They even had to keep us after for 30 minutes.. Thanks for the fundraisers dude.

This is my dad's hometown. His old neighborhood was flattened and the hospital where his parents (my grandparents) worked is ruined and was evacuated. Luckily our family friends are okay.
