  • Push ups for girls do not need the use of a pillow. they can use their tits nipple to touch the floor LOL. hard luck if their boobs are small.

  • I'm fully grown (went to a doctor a while back and it showed that) I'm 16 and am preparing to this soon. I already have the package, just need to get some money for a pullup bar.

  • u dont have to wait till ur 18 whoever said that dumb thing...the only thing growing teens should aviod is heavy weight lifting, using ur own body weight to do exercises (eg pull-ups, sit-ups and push-ups) is fine, theres nothing wrong with it unless ur seriously unfit in which case u should start with a easier program then do this one...just aviod heavy weights and u should be fine no matter how old u r

  • @forevernovember24 Teen adolescents such as 13-17 shouldn't do heavy weights, is because to let their body still develop, were still young and growing, best to stick with 10lbs-25lbs weights and off benchpressing, push ups and sit ups are way better for us, and actually be better for starting, its also safer : ), and plus a lot of people say that workingout affects your height, their wrong

  • where do you get the dvd??? and does it matter how old your are? i'm 15 turning 16 in august

  • You should probably be close to done growing before doing the P90X workout, it's one of the more intense programs. It would probably be better if you wait until you are 18.

  • Im 15 on to 16 in Sept and i already am doing it... im on day 32 tomorrow soo... yeah its really good but u need to EAT HEALTHY Otherwise u wont grow.

    Eat well so u can grow! lol

  • I think this is awesome what u are doing but I need to tell u that u are not doing ur pushups correctly. Ur arms should be at a right angle, not an abtuse angle. I was in the military and they drill the proper push up and it really makes a huge difference on how many u can do. If u can do 10 w/out going down all the way u might only be able to do 5 the proper way. Do it with a mirror on the floor so u can see how far u go dow. Other than that u look great. Don't cheat yourself! :)

  • ya know..u have a BODY there..but I think if u complete this p90x...u'll look amazing! Ur very curvy which is not a bad thing. U just need to burn the fat off...Keep it up and u'll be fine! Really!

  • Hey, watched your video and just wanted to wish you luck. I started P90X myself and have been doing it almost 9 weeks now. Its intense but its fun!

    I actually skipped out on this test- I was just too excited to start- and I really wish i took the time to do this now. You're gonna be real glad when you finish the 90 days and have something to compare your progress with.

    So good luck, and can't wait to here about the great results you get! Oh, and your cat's precious lol :D

  • I'm in my recovery week right now, about to start Phase 2. I love it so far. I wasn't going to do this test but I was ansty to do something while waiting for my official start day. Now I'm really glad I did. It gave me something else to focus on than the scale. Thanks for the support and best of luck with the program!

  • Great job. I like the way you went beyond the minimum. It shows you have heart and that you are more than ready for the "'X." Those wall squats suck.

    My daughter has a cat that looks like yours. The cat happens to be my workout partner. She follows me into the garage everytime I workout. You can see her in most of my videos.
