Whatever you think about performance for these particular cars the BMW will in my opinion be the better overall car. BMW 's have the edge on most cars on sale today. The ultimate driving machine? @BleedingBambi ive got an 4.0 m3 and although they say they are limited to 155mph this isn`t the case, the limiter comes in at 171mph FACT, so the reason the video was so short is a poor zoom lens on his camera, fancy spending 30k on a ford focus and having to spend even more money on it to make quick .

Ive been in a rs4 that would only do 155mph on the speedo cause it was limited to 155mph. If you take the limiter off a 4.0 m3 it will be able to hit 190mph+, if you check out m5 vs e63 amg merc thats the same the m5 hits175mph on the limiter and the merc hits 155mph on the limiter.

@Makeshoot What... the engine in the 2008-2010 Ford Focus RS is labelled the Ford Duratec RS. The Duratec RS is the Volvo B5254T3 engine. It's a 5 cylinder, turbo charged engine. The one used in the Focus RS in the video is indeed a Volvo engine, and it is made in Sweden. Incase I didn't make that clear enough for you - you're flat out wrong.

also in meinen augen hatt der rs einen motortuning hintersich ergehn lassen oda ka was du schief gelaufen ist weil ich hab jetzt schon mehrmals auf der autobahn + landstrasse Ford focus rs ´en geplättet und ich fahr einen orginalen Renault Sport F1 R26 der gerade mal 230 ps hatt also verascht andere leute aber nicht mich :) sogar einen clio sport kann der focus nicht abhengen lol also echt jetzt 305 ps mit 5 zylinder und keine power ? lol meiner meinung besitzen diese autos nicht mal 305 ps ;)

@echyannick Glaube mir der RS ist geradeaus schneller als ein Megane 2 RS. Sogar Serie. Vom Clio keine Rede.
Dass der RS aus dem Video nicht mehr Serie ist steht auch in der Beschreibung. 360 PS + >500NM. Dann sieht der Vergleich so aus.
Will damit nicht Renault Sport schlecht machen und Ford hypen.
Der RS geht gechippt gerade aus sehr sehr gut!
Aber in Kurven oder auf der Strecke ist der RS nicht so dolle. Da sind die Renault Sports deutlich überlgen.
Fahre jetzt selbst Clio Cup ;)

M3 Serie: V8 Motor mit 420 PS, aber über 200kg schwerer und Serie 250er Begrenzung. 4,9s auf 100km/h. Drehmoment von "nur" 400Nm / 3900 rpm.
RS: 360 PS, Drehmoment > 500 Nm, beim Beschleunigen aus der Fahrt top.
Jeder kann selbst entscheiden ;-)

war vor kurzem aufm ring in der eiffel.frag mal den porschefahrer nach seinem dummen gesicht..=)

@TheTequito jeder weis das die Focus RSen nicht die gewünschte power haben wie sie solten ! Es ist schon traurig zu sehn das die nicht mal ne differentialsperre besitzen und du fährst einem Megaene rs r26 oda den neuen Megane rs nicht davon und schon gar nicht auf der rennstrecke ! Da fehlt die Traktion ! Da helfen dir die 300 ps auch nicht weiter wenn man sie nicht auf der strasse bekommt ! Sogar einen Clio Sport ohne Turbo 197 ps sauger bleibt hinter dir auf der Rennstrecke versteht sich !

hatte aber sehr grosse probleme gegen einen RS mit zuhalten als als du den rs überholt hast stand er oda wollte gerade von der autobahn runter aber nieeeeeeeee im leben hast in ohne probleme überholt

@dfjam1982 mit einen r32 kannst du gar nichts in dieser leistungsklasse abziehen aber rein gar nichts !!!! ohne turbo oder kompressor gehen diese autos mehr als lahm!!!!! mehrere freunde haben einen r32 aber bis auf einen sind die alle schon geladen und dann gehen die dinger auch aber serie hast du nicht mal gegen einen gti eine chance!!! und das weist du auch selber nur zugeben wirst du es nicht !!! würde ich an deiner stelle auch nicht !!!
