I so wanted Brian to become the next mayor of London. Wish I could've voted but I wasn't living in London at the time. It's just such a shame the way politics is and how Lib Dems don't seem to ever win. I just don't understand. Maybe I'm naive. Thanks for uploading this though.

My big problem with this talk is the structure which reveals a wider Lib Dem problem. Brian talked about experience and his understanding of London. He then jumped to his role as Major and what he would do to make this city even greater. However, he missed a crucial section: communication. How will be people know his experience and ideas if he can't communicate them to the wider public.

I'm all for Brian but this is an area he must consider more closely.
