QUESTION:: if i use a tag and the police catch me doing it and they give me a fine or whatever and take a picture of my tag and i do the same tag another time and they see it on the streets can they come right to me and give me another penalty or do they have to find me doing it in the act??

@Gojcaj1772 it wouldbe very dumb to write the same tag after you got caught. if you do this and they see the tag they will most likely get a warrant and then go to your house. then you will get bigger fines and jail time if they find spraycans and pics on your computer. it also matters if you live in US or UK i think england is known for doing that alot more but in america they do that 2

Because he's an artist an artists use tools. Here I was doing things the hard way and I find out that people have different techniques and stuff. Graff artists, bombers, taggers don't use anything but the can, the caps and their instincts. This guy, he's very good though.

Many people use card board. So you doing the white part of a person eye, you don't want the white paint on eyebrow, or other parts of the face. So you use the cardboard so the paint stays in one place and doesn't get all over. Its just like any other art form. You use tools to help make your pieces just right
