This was my first post treatment. It went ok but I did restrict and not sure how I feel about it. I also have another dinner tonight and already thinking of a way to get out of it. Just a rough time of the year.
Been searching for someone to post something for today!!!!...::sighs::: hiding away today until actual meal time at a friends house... This video was encouraging, thank u for the message to continue in making steps (even while feeling like I should be further along already..).. Taking it to heart! I made no relapse prev. plan for today...maybe cuz im already somewhat in that mode...will try my best today to LIVE and LOVE and be Thankful for the little and big things! xoxo
