  • I myself am a professional chef. And I have to say that watching this video between the times of 00:17 - 00:22 were the five most devestating seconds in any cooking video or live cooking method I have seen in my life. A tip for you. Never EVER, try to cut through something like that. Sooooo dangerous. My method..damp paper towel, under chopping board to keep it still. Yours was shaking. VERY sharp knife, and lay it flat to slowly slice. You could have had your fingers off easily doing this.
