gosh lilou! i so needed to hear this today. i have been trying to sell my car for two months ... and i've been SO frustrated because from the day i got it i absolutely believed i would sell it the second i put it on the market. i actually dragged my feet to put it on the market cause i thought it would go so fast. when one week passed without any takers i started to panick ... and i was still panicking til your video reminded me to let it go.

what you say is so true! the minute I let go of my obsessing things started changing for me :) However, every time a new opportunity comes along I start to obsess over it again, so I've found I really need to stop thinking on one specific outcome - i.e. a certain job opportunity and work more on the kind of job that is really right for me. So, I think I will have an interview next week now for this really cool job which I would love! Trying not to obsess lol...
