Was your last word in this video 'brat'? How rude. Babies are so cute in glasses! But, wait till she's 8 or 9 and begging for contacts! My daughter flatly refused to wear her glasses at about that age, even though she would bump into the damn walls! We took her to her ophthalmologist, and he told her she was still too young. Then we promised she could be fitted on her 12th birthday. Finally she gave in and started wearing the glasses again. (I think all her bruises helped convince her...LOL!)

Generally when they're that young it isn't to improve their sight. Sometimes little babys have something to the affect of a lazy eye and the glasses have them focus and correct it.

@AndieAlternative Most likely, the baby has strabismus, which is a weak eye muscle that causes one (or both) eye to turn in. The glasses pull the muscle back into position to hopefully help the child to avoid having eye surgery to correct it.
