I like Dido... I never said I had problems with the subject matter, you're jumping to conclusions there. I think it was a bad idea to put together a song about beaches to a greek tragedy with cowboys. But of course you want to feel like a gay rights advocating crusader so be my guest. I actually read the short story and I thought it was just a little better than the movie.

It's not a matter of sticking up for gay rights...though obviously I am very open minded...Your orginal post stated that not only was it Blasphemy to put this vid with that song and how could anyone think of doing that to Dido...but you also went on about how this movie was overhyped and overrated...So I was simply asking why if you disliked the movie so much, as well as the idea of this song to this movie did you watch the amv? Sorry, but i find this video really good and amazing... Dido is one of my favourite singers and the song fits perfectly well on the context of the movie... It's still a great song and it IS a good movie... I don't think Dido would be annoyed if she finds out this... She isn't as homophobic as you !! Open your mind !!
