I am intrigue about Y3 copters , can you fly them with a normal multirotor controller and is it hard to setup the tail servo ? , i got 3 X4 quads but i would like to try a different flavor .
@TheFlyingRookie The tail servo setup is easy, just a ball linkage, and it can be done in many different ways. Some people actually use blade holders from rc helicopters as the tail pieces. To fly them, you need different software than an X configuration, but the hardware is the same. Many people use the rather cheap KK controller from hobby king and that can be flashed with different code for different configurations with very good performance.
@pshapiro Thank you for your compliments. For this video I only had about 7 minutes of footage so I was afraid that it was going to be boring, I guess it turned out alright. The falls really are magical when you visit them in person!
