Single arm rows, swimming and cross bow- first time!

That looks like an efficient workou, both for the one doing the exercis, and for the buddy holding the uhm equipment.

What is that type of equioment called, and can you post some more exercises done with that?

hey thanks Silk- yes both people can work at the same time- it's called the Buddy System- lots more vids on my channel with vids of it in action!
