Then the drunk guy tried to make entrance, so the bouncer stopped him. After that when the drunk guy approached him the bouncer was in his right to assume the drunk guy was going to be violent. The bouncer could have pinned him down and called the cops, but bar owners don't like police at their establishment.

I think bouncers should act professional, remain calm and try to defuse fights as much as possible. Bouncer was being harrassed, but used excessive force. It's pretty clear after the second push this guy isn't much of a threat. Bouncer should have called the cops and done his best to ignore the guy, especially since he wasn't actually in the venue
