Just another pop pretty boy pretending to be country, and that was Before I saw what he looks like(clicked by mistake, I thought it was another song). No, its right handed, if my guess is correct it's an Alvarez MF60, I have the same one. The pick guard (I'm not sure if that is the correct name for it) is adhesive and comes seprate from the guitar. All he did was apply it on the top, :) very creative!
