There is scripture that says without love, the letter of the law is dead. This woman is sealing her own fate. Its easy to be self-righteous. Christianity is a beautiful faith and to those who truly believe are called to serve in the way Christ served with mercy, humility and compassion. The more publicity this woman gets the more power people are giving her. People should just leave her to dig her own pit. Her faith is blind and without life.

So hold on to your values which these others obviously don't possess.

The Ten Commandments are the only divine law in the Old Testament; the rest are human regulations, with only human weight. And the New Testament divine command is "Love one another as I have loved you." True holiness hurts no one!
Westboro Baptists are not Christians. They know nothing of the love Jesus spoke of. And in a strange way, I think they actually help gays, because many Christians are so horrified by their garish words & actions, they reject their hatemongering looking back to the actual message Jesus had to share, which gloriously exempted any mention of gays.
It wasn't until these nutjobs picketed soldiers funerals that the pendulum finally swung against them. Matthew Shepherd & Ryan White's funerals didn't do it. But w/the soldiers, the general public was truly horrified by their message. Mainline Christians understand that Westboro are as sick as the Branch Davidians or Jim Jones' Jonestown crowd, rejecting their extremism. While gay hatemongering still exists among Christians, I sense that it's being pushed further into the fringe regions.
