@smkymcnugget420 You are right, I dried it (and of course rinsed it with sodium bicarbonate), and it detonated. But I think the risk in manufacturing and using this is too big. Maybe you know some safer alternatives? My main use of AP was just making some little, loud as fuck, firecrackers.

Hey, Ive just made fresh AP, about 7g, and packed it into a small plastic egg-like container, made a little hole, and sticked an sparkler into it. Instead of detonation, Ive had just really quick burning (like on 0:40). How come? With a hammer, I easily detonated it. Is it possible that wet AP wont detonate so easily?

Well if you can't properly spell ACETONE PEROXIDE then maybe you shouldn't be making it. Organic peroxides have been known to detonate with slight acidic contents and amounts under a gram can easily take off a finger. Leave organic peroxides to the people that know what they're doing.

you can buy 40% hydrogen peroxide at a beauty store as hair bleach or vulumizer, just check th ingredients. It works very well for me.

make many many small batches. Learn its properties inside and out. Press some with sticks, see what kind of friction it takes, just like he was doing. Hes got the right idea. Definitely dont jump into batches of 100grams

You will also need a vacuum to make the 95% Nitric Acid. If you can obtain Sodium Azide and Picric Acid, then you have a good chance of making Lead Azide and Lead Picrate, i would suggest these detonators because they are highly reliable.

PETN is a great explosive, but you will need pentaerythritol and a lot of work as well, you will also need white Nitric Acid 95%. Also you need a magnetic stirrer so you won't be having to stir it for those 8 hours, and watching the temperature at the same time, if you have that all done then you have your PETN. The best detonator would be Lead Azide or any picrate, because they are much stable then TATP.

TATP is pretty much an unpredictable explosive. Also you should lay it on metal, it can go off from static electricity, every chemist knows this, but just to make sure, don't lay it on metal at all.

what was the concentration of your peroxide? ive heard you can use three percent but you have to add more acid too is this correct? is there anyway you can make three percent peroxide more concentrated? evaporate it maybe? im doing research on TATP right now because once i find out enough i plan to make it any tips? is it safe to store in small quantities as long as you keep it moist?

The cloudy mixture! You did it! Now just filter the cloudy stuff out. That's AP. Dry it and use promptly. Test it. Be careful. AP gives no seconds chances, only missing fingers.
