as much as i loved this mission, i was disappointed that the ship is flying through a storm following the border of a planet's day and night. I thought it wouldve been so much more awesome if it was a ship hidden inside a gas cloud in space. it seemed to me that the side of the ship where its dark is the front because its diving into clouds, but that the rear is illuminated by the giant thrusters on that side. and even cooler if like space rocks where whizzing by getting repelled by the bolts.

The best way to beat her is use Liara's stasis ability and blast the shit out of her as soon as she unfreezes rinse and repeat. If done correctly she won’t even have time to move.

Liara's Stasis ability helps out with this a lot. It freezes the target (I don't think you can hurt it while frozen) and then drops the target like a rag doll, allowing you to get in close and tear her apart with your shotty.

@glavias Also her special power "Stasis" get's unlocked for your Shepard to use after the mission is over, so you can use it. Although like in ME1, I've never really been a fan of Stasis. I would've much prefered that her special power had been "Singularity", that would've been neat since I've always been a fan of this biotic power in ME1. Also she has alot less powers than in ME1 of course. She's missing "Throw", "Barrier", & "Lift" Which now is "pull" in ME2.

@glavias If you do the mission before you go to the Collector base, you can romance her. I'm not sure if you can afterwards. I think you also have to pursue the paragon path (LT actions, etc.). Afterwards, all she says when you go back to her is "Thank you for coming by." There's really very little replay value in the same playthrough after the mission is completed. She can't be a squad member after the mission is complete... it's really a brief (but fun) chapter in the ME storyline.

This is literally how I beat her on insanity as a vangaurd. Wasted all of my heavy wep ammo on her (i for some reason had a very shitty heavy wep on so i didn't even take down her barriers :P) then what i did was, was constantly biotic charge her when she charged away and blast her point blank with my claymore heavy shotty. I had geth shield boost, which let me survive... anything. She, for some reason, won't do anything but charge away after like 3 shots or 1 ability if your right next to her.

I went through this as a vanguard with Legion and spammed his explosive drone when I could. Geth shotgun for Tela's barriers, heavy pistol for her armor. circle strafes and using the geth shield boost ability. Not too hard

I faced Vasir on Insanity my first on on this DLC, I wanted to shoot my self...it was SO HARD! Don't get me wrong, the DLC is amazing, I loved every minute of it (Liara is hot btw) but Vasir's Biotic Charge made my life miserable. I'm curious what would happened if you and her charged at the same time, I could because I was playing as Adept.

I had Garrus, he was dead about 90% of the time, Liara was the only one to stay alive almost the whole fight, save for surprise shockwaves...
