That´s not a peugeot, but an aixam. Basically a two seat minicar built for people without a driver´s licence. To drive it it´s only necessary a permit issued by the local council. However, the car does seem a bit overpowered. My guess is that somebody fitted another engine, probably from a peugeot 2005 (hence the title of the video).

he shortened the 205 by quite a bit.. That´s why it is lots easier to do the donuts and the stoppies. The original 205 is longer! No doing stoppies or donuts with the normal version!
