  • actually as much as I like the rouxbe series, leave the Béchamel right out entirely. It ruins the lasagne. Good lasagne is without Béchamel and the upmarket Italian restaurants serve Lasagne on a plate less the Béchamel, not bubbling piping hot in a gratin type bowl with Béchamel. There is also no a or e at the end of the word. Otherwise I really like the roube vids. Please try it less the Béchamel, you'll be very pleasantly surprized, of that I am certain.

  • @trident3b This is not a Rouxbe recipe as the title indicates. I think if you want Mario Batall to change his recipe you'll need to take it up with him . This dish was taken from one of his cook books that we were doing a cross promotion with a few years back.

  • lasagne verdi poi...

  • Everything you need to make bechamel is already in your kitchen. There is a link to the recipe under the video.

  • @Fubs Why would you even think of buying Bechamel? It's so easy to make. I could make it with one hand, in my sleep with my foot and my other hand tied together behind my back.

  • @Zephilindrum Upload the vid. Now!

  • Hey @cheftripper, I think you know where you can stick that Americano hot dog!

  • Not bullshit, mate. You're right, that's where lasagna originates from. But if you take 'authentic' too far you might as well say that no lasagna made outside the region can possibly be authentic. Besides, I was arguing for Italian lasagna, not the regional Romagna version. Across Italy (not to mention the world) there are varieties, all of which are non-authentic? None of which should be called lasagne? Also, go to Romagna, you'll discover there is no 'standard' recipe and it changes.

  • its so lame now that we cant watch this on the website without a membership

Buon Appetito !!!!

  • I'm Italian! I love lasagne so much! But I don't like Parmesan cheese... I'm so wierd...

  • @HichamSuperstar Lol .. no ur not!! xo I love this video. I have to

    get me a pasta machine!!!

  • @cheftripper OF COURS YOU LOVE THIS VIDEO YOU ARE NOT ITALIAN STICK WHIT HOT DOGS AMERICANO :)

  • @italiana40 So you have to be non-Italian to like this video? Why? Is it because you mistakenly believe that this lasagna is somehow not authentic?

  • @ianman6 I DONT BELIEVE I KNOWWWWWWW I MA ITALIAN THIS IS NOT AUTHENTIC ITALIAN LASAGNA

  • @italiana40 There are hundreds of variations in Italy alone. It's a ridiculous claim to say that there is an "authentic" italian lasagna. This recipe uses bolognese and becahamel sauce, the basics for every authentic lasagna and that's all you need. Beyond that it is preference. I admire your passion but Italians are so picky with their food lol, which is probably why it's so good.

  • Appunto hai ragione e, secondo me, non ci sta neppure...

  • @thomparis American style. Stile Americano.

  • @Freccia6000 MARIO BATELI FA SCHIFO COME TUTTI I AMERICANI NON SA CUCINARE

  • @italiana40 Non so' forse hai ragione.

di "sense of humour"? Pinoli e melanzane

aggiungono a piacere a ricette italiane.

  • ci vuole la mozzarella all'ultimo strato

  • very hungry
