Just live right. Eat well enough and participate in moderate physical activity and you should be fine.

I'm the opposite. I've had things like Wii Fit tell me I'm overweight and therefore unhealthy but I actually live a very active lifestyle. While in Cross Country/Track, I would run as many as 6-10 mi a day, so most of me is muscle... and I have a heavy bone structure. *Shrug*

So seriously, forget the rest if you know you're healthy. That's what matters.

That's the main reason for eating disorders. It's something they control. It's them and their body. And they are "silently undoing" themselves by their decision.
