Any skepticism I had about Harley's, particularly the Sportster range, have all been erased since I bit the bullet and bought a 2008 Nightster. Absolutely FANTASTIC motorcycle and more reliable (used daily 120-140 miles return trip) than anything else I have ever owned, including Jap, Italian and British! My only regret is not having bought a Harley sooner!

To some comments here. HD is build for riding relaxed and not for racing. 95 mph is good enough.

thanx for the comment.... I also wish we had sound on it. We recorded this with a photo camera.... the sound quality was so bad that that is why I took it off. It was only wind...lot's of distored wind

how did you get that metal skull on your tank?

it is the fuel cap. They sell it in almost every Harley Davidson dealer. Believe it or not I get more comments on the skull than the actual bike.

the ducati monster dark and the nightster are bologna and milwaukee versions of a similar theme. both are sexy, minimalistic, blacked-out city bikes.

my 883 low, is just like the nightster, but with out nightster paint job, i love the bike, i ride jap sport bikes as well, but there is something riding a sporty , bare bones feeling, more real, i cant explain , just a wonderfull bike all round congrats on your nightster :)

I am 5 10. the bike feels great. I did order forward controlsand it makes a hug difference. You can always visit a dealer and sit on, and test it to see how it feels. Besides that I am loving the bike......it is the best looking bike Ive ever seen! retro but modern, slim yet huge, just wonderfull!
