I think it was from "Strawberry Letter 23" by The Brothers Johnson. That's what came to my mind when I first heard this.
Vic's fucking brilliant - great comedian and not a bad singer.

Not correct, was produced by Paul O'Duffy (who produced Swing Out Sister)
