His contract was up with Sengoku after his 4 fights. So he went to Shooto for the aniversary.

Gomi said that he was ready to come to America. So, I guess he will be comming to UFC soon. hell yes!

Actually, Tom Atencio said that Gomi has almost a 100% chance on fighting during Affliction III, the thing is though, he's keeping quiet on his opponent. Too bad Gomi isn't fighting in the UFC, but whatever - it's cool to see him fighting in America.
