Hi, Im trying to capture video from my camcorder 16:9 with Corel video studio 12, but I don't know why I get the captured video in 4:3 aspect ratio, Could someone tell me why is that? Thanks
I'm having a problem with audio when I capture I only get video, no audio. I know its not the video itself because I can hear the audio through the camcorder. What may be the problem?
Hi, have a look at 3:15 and make sure you select DV-1 to keep the video and sound together, you may have seperated the sound from the video. Just one question, are you using firewire to capture?
Yes, I don't like mess! as you can see. Just sorted my desk out having just moved house again, this is the third time in the past 18 months! I don't have a problem uploading with FF, works just fine. I am also thinking of getting a new PC with a dedicated fast graphics card and a nice monitor, maybe quad core, something especially for editing. I will let you know what spec when I decide. Speak to you soon mate, cheers
Very professional-looking tutorial. Good job.

Hi! I have an exactly similar camcoder as yours and am having some trouble with it.
I don't know why I can't make my DV transferred into my laptop via IE1394. I did just like what you did in the tutorial video but it didn't work out.
Everytime I clicked on "Capture Video", it said "cannot capture". I don't know what is wrong with that and really need your help.
Thanks.

Hi, make sure your project settings are set to 16:9. Go to the menu and look for project properties, you will be able to change them there

That your pc workspace, very neat. Mine is like so messy and i am dieing for a new pc soon.
Btw do u have problem uploading using normal upload, it seems i have so much problem with YT using ff or chrome, only IE able to accept.
Only option was to use bulkupload which is slower but reliable. Good tut again John, sorry i watch Part 2 first, lol.
Take care and glad u sorted out your camatasia.
