One of the administrators, who claims to have been studying Muppeteers for years, is confident that it's Stephanie, saying he's heard her use other voices like Sadie's. Someone else said they've seen a picture of Fran pupeteering, but that doesn't prove she did the voice as well. And people say that the two of them have similar voices, so I'm not certain of anything.

I recently have started watching Deal or No Deal and I think this segment is an excellent parody! It uses almost the exact same elements that are shown on the real series. The only main differences I notice (on the main show) is that the banker was in front of a more colourful background, and the choices were divided into two lists on the big screen.

It seems very common for a muppet to "break the set" at the end of a clip. There's "Beat the Time" where Cookie Monster broke down the wall with a train, Elmo bringing in Snuffelupagus in the remake of "Beat the Time," Herry doing it in "Addition Game," and Grover's restaurant thing with the big hamburger.
