No airport nearby? How about Brookhaven Airport less than a mile to the east? Black (or blue) jumpsuits taking control of crash site? Civil Air Patrol, had dark blue jump suits back in those days (they may, still, I don't know). They have authority and responsibility to take control of any crash site they encounter. Power outage? There is a row of high tension towers running across the park. An aircraft clipping the lines would cause that.

Could that video-footage by that fire-man be any fuzzier and shakier? The footage is so bad that it looks deliberate. It effects the credibility of the whole thing.

this happen right arcoss the street from me...my dad seen it and tried to get in with his cop friend,but people in black jump suits were all over and told them to leave or they would be arrested
