I think that was 175grm (6oz), very stiff rod compared to the afaw big beach I also use. I decided to learn the pendulum this year and that was the early days of the learning curve, thats when you find out what rods are all about. I'd call it a "cod rod" to be honest. Well done on the 2 for 1, where was that from?
Good stuff - yeah it is rather a stiff rod but im really getting it thrown out far with it. Great gear box in the butt.
rather not say where the 2 in 1 was from - keeping the 2nd package wrapped up for a month or so in case they catch on ;-)
I know what you mean when you say a cod rod ;-) I;m on the Isle of Man so it's my tope rod lol great fun!
