Most of their fanbase is outside of the city, SURPRISE they have the biggest fanbase in the world- if all your fans are contained within one city you are not a big club are you? Green and Gold is about not buying official merchandise. OK...some haven't got the message and wear the scarves over a replica shirt, but it's a visual protest and it's growing by the day. And the "glory hunter" mantra is lame...the Stretford End is full of Mancunians like me every week. The players deserve our support as much as anyone elses...we don't want to run the club into the ground. MUST & The Red Knights are trying to buy the club and give it back to us.
