stab applies to every type using an attack of its own type like a fire type using flamethrower or a normal type using tackle will give the attack a 1.5x power boost so tackle being 50 power if a patrat uses it then its equal to 75 power

I don't think STAB applies to Normal types, however. Though in Gen 5 they increased Tackle's power and accuracy, so that could be why it's better than Bite.

Odor Sleuth is a great move actually. It makes its o you can hit Ghost types with fighting and normal attacks. So suddenly a Lillipup can start to hit ghosts and if its early enough in game not have to worry about getting hit back.

Thats an optional rule. The Requirmetns are

*Catch first pokemon you encounter on route if you Knock it out or run your out of luck.

*if a pokemon faints it is considered dead and you cannot use it.

@MagmaDragon12 Hmm... I'm actually not sure. Technically they're two different places with entirely different pokemon, but the scroller that says the name of the area does not change. I guess it's debatable... so I don't know yet.
