miley's real. she really went there to help. she went back again to help more. she's raised so much awareness and done so much! but to top it off she really appreciates what her work has done for these people. she knows she's some big star and all that but she also sees that she's just like them only she's lucky enough to have known the right people at the right time to get noticed. miley knows she's lucky and is giving back through her heart not her fame(though that helps too)!
