When I saw the title of this video, it brought awful flashbacks of my last place of employment. I worked at a title loan company, and "repo" was used very often when the poor customers couldn't pay the exorbitant interest rates on the money they borrowed, and they in turn had their car repossessed (or "repoed," as they used to say). However, this seems to be referring to something totally different. I get the jist of it.
