  • I loved my childhood ,. . . . . . . . .

  • One of the few cartoons where Mel Blanc voices Elmer (usually it's Arthur Q. Bryan, but Elmer only had one line).

  • why did cartoon network when they put this block the ending?

  • You have to admit it that Daffy when he doesn't do crazy stuff, he can make quite decent stories. Pity that Lady Luck and Captain Awesome smile rarely to him, he deserves some credit for once.

  • Last comment. The ending is sort of like Hurricane Fema and 9/11.

  • Notice how Daffy didn't write a part in for Bugs? Here's who he cast:

    Daffy: Scarlett Pupernickel

    His girl: Melissa

    Sylvester: Grand Duke

    Porky: Melissa's father

    Henry Hawk: The Messenger

    Mama Bear: Melissa's maid

But he couldn't put Bugs in there?

  • @sha11235

Because Bugs would take the show.

  • Notice how Daffy didn't write a part in for Bugs?

  • Growing up, I saw this title first so I got used to it and thought it was better than Pimpernel.

  • "J.L." is supposed to be Jack L. Warner, who was in charge of the studio at the time this was released in 1951. Daffy previously referred to "J.L." in 1945's "Ain't That Ducky" {"There's' supposed to be a barrel for me to hide in right here! J.L. will hear of this!!"}

  • J.L?

  • ya havnt gota chance im the hero in this picture!

  • Porky's just too cute to be a villain.

  • Oh, Man! I love this one, but I hadn't seen it in years! XD
