Lamewing-I have never noticed much flex in the bench. It will definitely hold more than 225lbs. The bench has a thick wood core. A man your size should not flex the bench more than a 1/4 inch, if that. The Soloflex website has a lot of great studies and articles if you're wanting to do more research. And our customer service is always there to answer questions.
I am interested in this little WBV bench, but I am concerned about the give it has in the middle. It bends quite a bit with Melissa on it; how will it handle a 225 lb. man?
