This would have to be one of the greatest songs Dolly has ever written. How it never went straight to number one on the country charts is beyond me. I just wish some people would be honest and admit that this women is the greatest singer/song writer the world has ever known. I can't see how any intelligent person could deny this fact. People talk about Elvis Presley as being the King. If that is the case then surely Dolly Parton is the Queen. There will NEVER be another Dolly Parton.

i just love this song so much, it is now my favorite song by dolly parton, she sings it with so much emotion, I am sitting here balling like a big baby, the one line that really gets me is when she sings (how do i walk away from the greatest love I have ever known) that is so true, thank you dolly for such a great song, I hope radio gives this song a chance, this could be a big hit if given a chance.
