Afghans can be Tajiks, Pashtuns, Hazara etc but Pakhtuns can be Afghans, Pakistanis also. She wasn't killed by "Pakistani ISI agents". Her close friends (who are alive today) say she was killed by a police Kabuli officer who's advances she had rejected. This angered him greatly as he had been stalking her and wanted to kidnap her. Btw she was originally from Pakistan from the city of Peshawar. Her family had migrated to Afghanistan so that she could sing there.
