This device is just amazing, watching this setup/first look is cool, but down side for people like me in canada, hope it comes out soon, this is something i will buy and hock up, always looking up on my macbook and iPhone what is a pain in the ass tho, but that's another thing, can you hook up a mac to this, let me know if you can or if you have already, and this is a big win to me!!! apple tv is crap!!!!!

your mic is great but you you need to adjust you audio levels as you edit different parts, in every video you have done that was spliced segments there is always a point where you basically drop off. Its frustrating being its such a easy thing to fix.

I heard ABC, CBS and NBC is blocking content from Google TV, which means you can't access their websites to see TV show episodes. Kind of sucks for those that don't have cable but I guess they'll have to get a subscription with Hulu Plus.

I'll wait for a jail-broken apple tv or for apple to do the inevitable and add apps to it. This thing is over priced and unnecessary. If you consider the average consumer wont go out and buy this, and the average "techie" that will probably owns various portable devices (phone ipad laptop) ..is there really a need to have web on the tv? I understand access to video outlets but I think this is getting out of hand...what's next a couch with built in web browsing?

Jesus christ what a fucking messy UI. Ugly Helvetica wanna be font. Not user friendly at all typical android. I'm pretty sure people want to use their tv not act like they are on the computer with thousands of buttons. It's difficult enough for some people to us a regular remote.

@henrikroxs Why does it have to be a typical Android? Athough that would be cool if it did look like an android screen. Multiple pages just like a Smartphone. There is a smaller remote Logitech makes but it's 150.00? The 299 tag for this item kinda puts the price of logitech remotes at question now... I mean 300+ for a remote or a whole system for the same price?

@mtpflyers No I'm not saying they should make it typical android. That would make it even worse in terms of user friendliness. I'm saying its "Typical Android" for something to have a messy UI and not User Friendly. Yeah it is overpriced, in my opinion. That's where the Apple TV will be better than this, and the Apple TV is running iOS so I guaranty Apps will be on it soon enough.
