I have a 203 Avg and I haven't bowled a single 300 yet in 20 years of bowling. Only three 290's and countless 270+'s :(

Testament more to how easy the lane conditions have been kept compared to the equipment being used.

House oil patterns are too easy for the type of equipment used today. Like hitting a whiffle ball with a Louisville Slugger *WHAM* a homer! *WHAM* another homer!

I am a 180 bowler and have a couple of 300's under my belt, and that just should not be. I'll be more impressed when the oil pattern guide is toughened.
