I agree on both sides. Any business can benefit from Twitter IF THEY USE IT CORRECTLY but MOST small businesses will be waisting their time.

Only a small group of businesses use Twitter well and gain the benefits from their time. I agree that a business without a website would benefit much more from getting a website than using Twitter.
