Seconds came out first if not the same time. I've seen them play this song live before Avenged Sevenfold released Unholy Confessions. Obviously Avenged Sevenfold's song came out on a popular recording company first though.

I saw Sancity back when they were a local band. This song was slightly different but had the same intro in 2002 a little bit before Unholy Confessions was released. Incase anyone suspected them of borrowing the intro.
