It should be legal, no not because "I LIEK ET", no, because of many reasons.

1. Two legal products, cigarettes and alcohol both damage your body more than natural marijuana does. Tobacco itself does not harm your body that much like weed, but all the addicting carcinogens put in them by the government to get people to buy them more.

2. Yes, weed is prescribed to chemo patients and it helps them greatly.

Alcohol is quite legal here if you're 21, with tobacco being legal at 18. And you can also get a permit to own weapons here as well. Rifles, handguns, shotguns, machine guns even.
